haha i already love adding them in to my playing, it’s funny to watch other local upright players lift their eyebrows when i show them a quad slap. :cheer:

nice, that’s a fun lil bass line. i like playing along to the bruisers, like… intimidation is pretty cool to slap to.

I’ve been working on playing along with Municipal Waste hahaha. It actually sounds pretty good once the rythm is down, which is a mess of triple and single slaps. Thrashabilly here we come.

nice addition of the quad slaps at 55. rarely hear most bass players apply them at all. quite a fun technique to add in.

I’ve been using silver slaps for a while now, they sound beautiful acoustically and pizz great, but I really like how nicolas’ strings sound… magic weedwackers. they don’t sound all floppy and lame, which is all i’ve experienced with wackers. 😛
