I’m thinking of installing a clicky on my engel, however, i don’t have a blender. Do you folks think it’s possible to run one of the panels from the underwood under the FB as a clicky, or will I need a seperate pup altogether and a blender?
Also, are there two channels on the pro plat? (found one cheap, might pick it up)
Otherwise, any suggestions? I’d like to hold on to the underwood since I’m broke, and just fill in the rest.

Using the unused element on a woods has been done before. You’ll probably have to dork around w/ placement since you won’t be able to blend, and the short amount of cable between the two elements will make it even more difficult. But I could see this working out.
I’ll explain my master plan. I want to run a piezo (found some neat beercap pups for sale) and my underwood into the behringer micro mx

or the Xenyx 502

Then into my behringer EQ pedal, then into my amp. How would that work out for me? I may also toss a delay pedal into the mix somewhere to get a more psycho type sound.
